    When you place an order with us, the prices listed at that time are the prices that apply.

    You can pay for your purchases using a Credit or Debit card (all secured through 128-bit SSL encoding). Please be assured that we will not be storing your card details.

    Your personal data are only collated, processed and used by us if you issue your consent, or if the legislation allows us to collate, process and/or use the information. Needless to say, we adhere to the valid legal stipulations on data protection.

    We also need such data to send out our newsletter insofar as you have given us your consent to do so.

  • Warranty

    In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we give you a 1-year warranty from your date of purchase, covering material and production defects.

    Please note that we only cover jewelry purchased from the Y Jewelry online shop. The Warranty provider is Ripops India Jewelery Pvt Ltd.

    If the jewelry is returned during the warranty period, which is one year following the date of purchase and the defect is from the manufacturer’s end, it will be repaired free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deems to be too expensive, we will exchange the jewelry against jewelry of equal value free of charge.

    General wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing are not covered under warranty. Additionally, parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons are not covered either.

    The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs, careless handling and abuse or if the jewelry is damaged, for example during an accident.

    Items not covered under warranty:

    • Glued items
    • Enameling
    • Gold or Rose Gold or Rhodium plating
    • Loss of any prong set stone

    For your own security, we would like to point out that defective jewelry should be returned to us by registered mail or reliable courier. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss, or theft during transport.
