Since the onslaught of this pandemic, we at Y Jewelry advocate #SafetYFirst and are taking all measures to protect our patrons, our employees and all partners from exposure, to the best of our abilities.

We endeavor to deliver your beautifully curated charm sets, with the confidence of being overly cautious. We value you and want to update you on how we have actioned processes, keeping your safety in mind. Our warehouses are regularly fumigated and sanitized from end to end. Each employee practices social distancing, wears masks and gloves to handle each piece with care. We have placed screens barriers to separate workers from each other. When shipments are leaving the warehouse, we have also attempted to stagger the arrival and departure times at work and of the delivery teams to reduce crowding.

Working tirelessly with our delivery partners, we have enabled pay on delivery for all orders. However, keeping your safety a priority, we request you to try to pay for the product online on checkout to activate a contactless delivery.

As we said earlier, YOUR safety is most important to us – so when you receive our (or any) shipment, we want you to:

• Open the packaging outside your home, preferably with your mask on
• If it’s as you expected, you can dispense with the packaging outside itself
• Make sure you wash your hands for a duration of at least 20-seconds after

Once you are done with all of the above, we urge you to put your feet up, and admire our charms!

Even though we wish we could be there to hold your hand through this journey, we would like to remind you that this is also a time to be kind. With the novel coronavirus wreaking havoc on citizens across the world, we felt it was time when having compassion was not enough. We felt we needed to do something – and we found a very special cause that we choose to support and that was Aravindam, an NGO that provides nutritious meals for underprivileged children.

As a member of our family, we want to extend that goodwill to you, as well, and have crafted a special initiative that we lovingly labeled #ChainofCare. For every sign-up on our page, and each friend you refer to visit our website, we donate Rs 100 to Aravindam. Since we started this campaign, we have been overwhelmed with response we have received.

All it takes is a minute to sign up and another to refer a friend – and our #ChainofCare travels a little further. With each person we add to the network, we make a difference to a child in need.
